• Nakijin Gusuku (Nakijin Castle): UNESCO's World Heritage Sites
  The ruins of Nakijin Castle is one of the largest gusuku (castle) sites remaining today. Archeologists estimate that the construction of the casle first began at the end of the 13th century. Nakijin Castles are located in the northern part of Okinawa Island in the Imadomari area of Nakijin Village. At an elevation of 100 meters, it is a mountain castle built on limestone cliffs and was the fortress of the northern Hokuzan kings.
• Okinawa Churaumi Aruarium
  Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium is the biggest aquarium in Japan. You will see huge acrylic window of the Kuroshio Tank and there are gigantic whale sharks and mantas in it. You feel like under the sea. The world’s first successful birth of a manta pup in captivity also happened here.
